Pollution is bad and I do hope that we continue to improve our alternative energy options. However, I absolutely do not buy into Al Gore's scare tactics. His film is simply propaganda. The science of global warming is far from settled. There are those who want to scare us into thinking the sky is falling in order to advance their environmental and/or socialist agendas. Please check out this link for a succinct but well reasonsed criticism of the global warming hype: http://epw.senate.gov/speechitem.cfm?party=rep&id=263759Jon Vander Plashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17524790609689760368noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35412245.post-67306659411725699112007-03-30T07:56:00.000-05:002007-03-30T07:56:00.000-05:00Jon-I'd recommend the article on climate care by C...Jon-I'd recommend the article on climate care by Cal DeWitt in the April 2007 issue of The Banner. Also see this link:

http://www.christiansandclimate.org/ (statement signed by Gaylen Byker, Calvin's President, and Andy Ryskamp, director of CRWRC)

As well as a statement by the National Associaition of Evangelicals.

My point is that there are many Christians who view caring for the environment a serious part of their calling as believers, and not some conspiracy created and maintained by the liberal media.

TomAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15883854213247032391noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35412245.post-70305564116131475622007-03-21T22:03:00.000-05:002007-03-21T22:03:00.000-05:00heheh!heheh!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
