Minimum Wage - Good for Workers?

A while ago I wrote about the minimum wage and how it destroys jobs for low income workers and hurts small business. Drudge directs us toward a real-life story of how this is happening. Let the market work. Democrats like to play on our emotions with this issue, but they ignore the ramifications of increasing the minimum wage.

Hmmmm. Just curious. I know you have an aversion for the Democrats and their tactics. Considering the list of candidates that have already announced, who do you think is the "best of the lot?"

Which of the Democrats is the lesser of two evils? Tough one. It's kind of like asking me who I'd rather marry - Rosie O'Donnell or Donald Trump. However, I think Hillary has a better understanding than Obama of the challenge in Iraq and will be less likely to withdraw troops too quickly. Obama seems to think he can blame the slaughter that would ensue on Bush. Of the Republican candidates, probably Romney, at least he's claiming to be a conservative. It would be Newt, but I don't think he's electable. By the way, who is this?
